In 2015, we obtained our first full vehicle homologation certification for a bus built on the base of Mercedes Sprinter vehicle. Our homologation number e9*2007/46*6389*00 included four variants of interior layout:
W01 – 17 seats + 4 standing places + seat for a person with a physical disability + driver.
It is a lengthened bus.
W02 – 20 seats + 1 standing place + seat for a person with physical disability + driver.
It is an additionally lengthened bus.
W03 – 17 seats + 4 standing places + seat for a person with a physical disability + driver.
W04 – 17 seats + 4 standing places + seat for a person with physical disability + driver.
It is a bus with sliding doors.
In 2016, our homologation was expanded to include the possibility of installing a pilot seat, while in 2018 we obtained the possibility of building class B buses. B class buses that we build meet the requirements of the highly demanding UN/ECE Regulation 66.02 which ensures the safety for passengers and driver when the bus rolls over to the side in case of a driving accident. In accordance with European Union regulations, our buses also have the option of traveling at a speed of 100 km/h. Our factory is based on a quality management system individually tailored to the needs of bus production. As a producer, we are subject to annual implementation audits by the Spanish Ministry of Transport verifying compliance with all procedures and technical compliance with conducted homologation tests (including anchor belts and seat mounting, safety glazing, electromagnetic compatibility, heating and several other items).
We have the homologation for the new Mercedes 907, which has been produced since 2019.
Our homologations have current extensions, which allow you to register buses on the premises throughout the European Union.
